Yep Bert, What is it with the 5:2 diet?
I have read about it a bit but it wasn't making sense like yours fast-5 philosophy.

However, much of the message traffic has moved to Facebook. Anyone wanting to discuss Fast-5 with others or ask questions is welcome in the group, which is private, so friends cannot see what you post. Questions, comments and discussion are welcome here too!

Re: [fast5] Re: Is 5 hours window is the best?

Well Mr. Herring that is a very good answer.
5-hour window is good for me. I already feel less hungry and losing weight slow and steady. There are occasions that I need to be flexible but it does not affect my appetite at all. Having said that, when I change the window to 6 or 7 hours I don't feel as good as with the 5-hour window so 5 is my magic number. Thank you for elaborating about the insulin and the anti-inflammatory effects. I'm only doing it for a few weeks but already know that it's for life.

Thank's again and have anice day

Eyal
