Hello, I am new here :). I am about 5 pounds away from goal and do count calories most of the time in my window. I have been doing this for a week and notice inches gone but I am sure it is related to water fluid release (because it was cycle related). Scale hasn't budged. I enjoy the fasting but I have no idea how many calories to consume to lose weight as it seems I maintain weight fairly easily but i don't seem to lose pounds even with very low calories days. I am 5'5" and 130 now but would like to lose 5-10 pounds more. 130 seems to be a set point for me. I am medium build and have a bit of muscle from my days of marathon training which I have stopped (just run or walk a couple miles 5x a week now).
Will it just take a long time because I am close? I am wondering if I should stop calorie counting? Or should I be more strict with my diet? Just wait it out?
