H i evreryone I have been experimenting for around 2 months and have decided that after losing/gaining/losing 12-14lb in that time scale that this could really work for me.
I am trying to eat dinner each day consisting of 3-4 courses of ultra healthy low carb food (to help severe health issues)and then on weekends a more relaxed windo of 8 hours with some goodies to look forward to.During my experimenting I have noticed that the days i do eat goodies my appitite is so reduced that I can eat quite 'normal' portions and not sucumb to bingeing.
My health issues are severe and losing weight very important to reduce these I have also had a year of very intense EMDR therapy to finally come to terms with very difficult emotional/mental issues dating back over 45 years.
I feel so much better in everyway so my eating is the issue I am now needing to sort out.Only eating once a day seems to help with making good food choices and being committed to weightloss and a healthy lifestyle.
Any way please could some of you share your weightloss and any health benefits you have noticed with me I would find it so helpful Thanks.
