[fast5] Re: sick

Same thing with me, sick with bad cold. I've found the body can heal better when it doesn't have to deal with digesting food. Even sick animals will stop eating when sick. I eat in my window as usual. A couple of days I found myself wanting food earlier. Figured out what I really needed was water. Wasn't drinking as much due to feeling badly.

Hope we're both better very soon.
