[fast5] Re: When to exercise and when to eat?



I am reading a book now called The Mini-Fast diet which is about the same as Fast 5.  Skip breakfast and wait until lunch or later to have your first meal.  This diet focuses on exercising in the fasted state and waiting as long as you can before you eat.  So, that is good that it stunts your appetite.
