Thank you all for your comments. I'm happy to see that in a sense I woke up the group again, even if it's just for a short time.
I'm vegan, mostly raw, so that's why I don't really have any issues with junk food and likes. I understand that the time table and quantity and how many meal it's a subjective thing, so you've helped me to decide to listen to my body and not to follow a strict rule, of any kind. Two meals in the 5 hour window make sense to me because you eat enough nutrients and you fast the 19 hours according to the philosophy.
