I saw this group on my Yahoo page, which I had signed up for and never used. I've been having a rough time with weight gain, depression, etc. My interest in Fast 5 is renewed. I thought my best window is 2-7. My family likes to eat at night. I can stay busy in the morning with just coffee, I believe. What do others do to fill the space before your window? I'm hungry.
