that is a very good answer. I had a hard time sticking with fast 5 when I first started and when I changed my window to 6 hours, it was so much easier. after doing that for a long time, I noticed the changes in my appetite. I just wasn't hungry for a 2nd meal anymore. now I eat one main meal and a light snack so I am doing the 5 hour window and it's very easy.
I eat really great meals (meaning food I love) and keep thinking I LOVE FAST 5! I know it's not for everyone but it's great for me and I'm so happy to be losing weight. it's only a pound a week but it's steady and I'm down 25 lbs since November. that's doing fast 5 thru the holidays.
