Yesterday was my very first day doing the plan and it went great !
I do not know what level of success I would have if I had a desk job in a room filled with people munching on Doritos all day long and worked long hours and had a long commute as well, but thankfully that is not my situation at the moment, so I want to take advantage of things being as they are right now.
My window is 5:30 - 10:30, I am a nite owl and normally do not go to bed much before 1:30 am, though I may go in sooner and read for several hours. I also have chronic insomnia so sleep does not come easily for me at any rate.
I am a vegan, so my meal consisted of a huge vegan stew made with brown rice, carrots, vegan butter, green split peas, rainbow chard, a 10 ounce bag of frozen green beans ( everything organic ) and a container of seitan. It is low fat, high protein, high in carbs and high in veggies.
'Dessert' was two large glasses of tea, one was Ceylon Mango decaf, the other decaf green tea with jasmine, both with a packet of stevia each.
It is now 10:30 am here in NY, ready to jump on my treadmill for an hour or so, and start the day.
I find this very very easy. Perhaps easier than some, including my other half and my Dad, who are huge breakfast eaters. I have long skipped breakfast as to me the most boring meal of the day and because I am not overly hungry until about 2 pm anyhow.
This seems to be the answer I have sought since the early 80's when I began to gain weight.
