I don't do the parades, but it is always a good TIME to start another goal.

Yeah, the carbs were always in the form of salad and lo carb tortillas which I should throw out the window. I really developed a taste for "greens" and I don't mean iceberg lettuce. As I was the kid that never ate her spinach, well, this is HUGE!
I also enjoy my cheese, and peanut butter.
Today I am on FAST 5 again, for the long haul.
I MUST throw away the scale and just watch my measurements.
Just 40 stupid lbs to lose, 50 would be even better.
Menu planning. I have a husband who loves his steak. So he should get it more often. I will not be responsible for his weight loss. It just isn't gonna happen. And yeah, he could LOSE a few.
I am going to work out now. in spurts. \
cortisol levels...yep, i'm sure of that. I would guess that means that my body must adjust over time. Didn't get this big overnight. What about supplements? I must take vitamins daily....its just very important. any food with it?
I have DHEA supplements in my cabinet. Should I stop just looking at the bottle?
REally get rid of my coffee? dang. my last big challenge. oh well, good thing LENT starts wednesday.

I have another goal of April 1st I started a few weeks ago.
I'll have to reformulate that one. Go strictly lo carb, less than 20 a day...and no "fancy" lo carb foods.
