I have been having trouble not eating too much in the window. I have been experimenting with different windows. I am feeling like the evening window works better socially but eating wise, I eat less if the window is during the way and I am less obsessed with food. I am trying to gear my eating around one meal now with "courses". Hoping to try for less restrictive meals so that I can cut down on the snacking. I would say I have gained 3 pounds or so but I am definitely overeating and don't really need to lose weight (although I want to). There are times I want to go back and count calories and eat all day so I can lose these last few pounds but I know it doesn't really work in the big picture. Honestly I would like to get to a place where I can eat the foods I like (which is mostly healthy), not count and stay thin. I liked fast five because I felt the energy and was less hungry during the fast but I haven't found the sweet spot yet. I refuse to count calories for the rest of my life.
