[fast5] new to fast 5

Hi I am a 58 year old guy and I realised a couple of years ago I had metabolic syndrome , with high insulin levels, triglycerides and b/p.
I went on cr for a year with 1900 calories a day and lost 14 kg and reversed my illness.
Then I was fortunate enough to go on a cruise for a month and fell into the food trap. I also developed knee problems and couldn't exercise like before and I have regained 12 kg and just cannot adhere to cr.
I like fast 5 as I find I like the time rules and less weighing and charting that's involved with cr.
However I have a couple of questions............I find I get hypo sometimes if I am working physically , ie shake and light headed.
This is usually after 2pm........
So I have decided to have my five hours from 2pm until 7pm. is this ok??
Also if occasionally I had a lunch invite for 12noon that day I would change my five hours from 12 noon until 5pm..........and revert back to my 2pm start the next day..........
it means I always have a five hour window of eating but occasionally move it forward or backward, ie probably once a week.
Hoping to get my weight down again and increased health benefits.
