[fast5] Vee

Vee,
Do you usually eat at night near bedtime? If so try to keep moving your
window up to closer to 4:00-9:00. Eat a high fiber snack before bed. Or
before your window closes now. Also drink lots of water and herb teas,this
should calm your stomach down. I am on day 13. My hunger pains are in the
morning and quiet down with tea or coffee and water. I'm eating what I want
but finding I want less and less. No binging on sweets is happening. Nice to
see you here. There are also 2 groups on Facebook. Fast Five Lifestyle seems
the most active.
