At last i've nearly made it to 4pm. I've been trying for several days but failed.
It only takes one day that i reach my target time and then i'm usually okay.
I've been eating so badly recently. My son eats really healthily and reads ingredients on packets/tins etc and he tells me off now. How things turn around.
I find 4-9 suits me. I like to snack in the evening, but normally porridge. So i can have a snack a 4pm and dinner at 6, and eat again at 8.30. Maybe being first day i will need some extra snacks.
I'm going to try and stay on fast-5 until Christmas at least, to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Does anybody feel that sometimes you don't even want to eat when you get to your allotted time, as it spoils that nice light feeling.
Anyone else started today?
