From reading the posts, it seems like most of you only eat once a day. Is that more recommended than say eating a couple of lighter meals with a snack in between as long as you get it in th 5 hour period? I am doing the Dash Diet now and there are a few things that I have to eat every day but I don't see how I'd be able to get them all in in one meal. Do you think Fast-5 works as well if you eat more than once?
