yes, that was also my main concern, I've been told for years to eat every 3 or 4 hours to keep sugar levels steady but as of late, I haven't been controlling them so well and wanted to give Fast5 a try and see if that would help. Thanks for your input, I'm hoping the author and others can give me their thoughts also....
