[fast5] Re: Hello all.....suggestions would help....

Wow! Incredible job Annie! ;)

I dunno what to say about the brain fog except that Dr Herring says it takes 2-4 weeks to adjust sometimes. I've heard of some people taking 3-4 months to adjust. You're an awfully small person :) but I think 700 calories is too low. I'd shoot for at least 1000 if you're still trying to lose weight?? Maybe adding a little more olive oil to your dressing? Crumble a little cheese or almonds on your salad?

Why are you concerned with your pH? Are you using those saliva/urine strips? They aren't very accurate and can fluctuate wildly. Have you had medical tests run that show your blood pH is off? The stomach is highly acidic and the small intestine is not so the body neutralizes the contents of the stomach as soon as it comes out of the pyloric sphincter and into the small intestine. Unless your blood pH is off, I wouldn't worry about it.
