Nice! It probably bears repeating, that though people talk a lot about "tweaks" to Fast-5, a whole lot of people do fine with no tweaks at all and just enjoying whatever foods they want.
Some of us also use Fast-5 as a vehicle for experimenting with diet, for reasons that aren't necessarily about weight loss. For me, I originally got on it to help with gut issues (from living for years with undiagnosed celiac) and blood sugar issues. Fast-5 helped a LOT on both of those, with no tweaks at all. But it also made it easier to do food experimenting, because when you only eat one meal a day it's easier to track the effect of that meal. And I do love to experiment! That doesn't mean though, that such experimenting is part of Fast-5. We do share what works though, esp. when it helps for people who reach a plateau.

I dont eat like that at all. Im a beginner so Im taking one thing at a time lol. I eat whatever I make everyone else for dinner. I start with a snack to break the fast at 4. Could be anything from a cookie a banana, nuts to a protein shake. Then I eat a normal dinner. Steak, speghetti, chicken etc.at 6. I even make breakfast for dinner since I missit a bit, Im usually pretty full. If by 8 I feel like it, I have anoher snack. Could be frozen yogurt, cheezits, cookie and tea. So, Im a very bad girl, but it works for me. Im losing weight not tons, but its definately the inches. My clothes are loose. I do work out 6 days a week with a combination of weight training and cardio. but thanks for the tips. Ilove reading them. Have a good weekend all. Im going out to eat on a date Saturday and Ive never felt excited to eat anythingon the menu. Im always agonising what I should get to not spluge on my diet. Fast 5 lifestyle so far works great for me. May not be for everyone. I know. Alot of people think Im nuts, but I dont care. I like it so far.
