[fast5] Cindy



I would try eggs and almonds right before bed. Also grapefruit juice (very small glass) as well as vinegar and cinnamon with all meals.

I recently started taking a supplement called Athletic Greens during the day. Its 40 calories a serving so I just break it up into two half doses. Doesn't screw up a fast. I had to start taking SOMETHING during the day because of bad breath. Protein shakes were raising insulin so I had to drop them.

Also try fish oil with the last meal of the day. I take the ones from the same company that sells the athletic greens but the BJ's version worked fine for me for years.

Curry and ginger also come to mind although I forget to use them most of the time.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head. Please report back. I've never heard if that problem and now you got me curious.
