What are you eating? Some ppl need to go low carb/high fat in addition to fast 5.

Other things to look at are adrenal issues and thyroid issues - in that order. If your adrenals are not functioning properly then your thyroid most likely isn't either.

HELP! I've managed to do "FAST 5" for a week now, and I'm getting discouraged.

Day 1: 196 lbs
Day 4: 192 lbs
Day 7: 196 lbs - AGAIN!!!

I understand the weight loss takes 2-3 weeks to 'kick in' but I'm starting to wonder.

What were your results? When did weight loss start for you!
How much did YOU lose? How much are you losing every week?

I would appreciate some feedback.

If 'starving' myself (skipping breakfast & lunch) everyday doesn't work, then I don't know WHAT to do.
