Re: [fast5] Re: HELP! End of Week 1 - No Weight Loss

Fast Five did not work for me.  I lost and then regained and I got hungrier and hungrier.

The ony thing that worked for me was the Dukan Diet

Don't get me wrong.  If fast five works for you, please  continue it.  But if you are having issues with it as I did, you might try the Dukan Diet.  It worked more easily than any diet I've tried.

Good luck no mater what method you try.

Put a tape measure around your waist and compare with how much fat you've lost the next week. Stay off the scales for awhile to get accurate measure of fat loss, not the poundage of water weight..

Eat plenty of fatty meat/eggs, then fast for around 20 hours..

Mentally treating Carbs as a Non-food, will do much in building your fast stamina, when you eat fatty meat. Don't limit yourself to only eating in evening, many do better with a lunchtime meal.

You want your body to be many times in a low insulin state as occurs with fasting, same as low carbs place you in low insulin state. Insulin is crux preventing fat loss from fat cells.

Fathead Movie is very instructive.
