[fast5] individual take on IF

I wanted to share my successes with IF scheduling, the hardest part of the whole way of life, for me...
I alter my eating window every day for how long I need to eat to satisfy my body. I fast 20 hours one day and then 23 the next...I break my fast after that many hours, but I eat for as long as I need to to nourish my body. Some days it's one meal, most it's two, but they're close together. I usually get full within two hours.

If there is a social occassion, I just extend my windwo that day (I eat in the a.m, not at night) to include that social event, and then begin a new fast when I'm done, 20 hours if it's a "shorter" day and 23 if it's a "long" one..

This schedule takes care of everything...getting proper nutrition, socializing, getting hours back to the a.m when I prefer eating than at night, keeps my body guessing, all of it! I have also learned to listen to my body this way. I'm done eating when my body's had enough.

And I LOVE IFing so much, I'm always excited to start my new fast after a yummy, delicious meal or two!

For the record, I do HARD workouts totally fasted, about 2 hours before my window opens. Works for me...AMAZING results1
