It says: "You can take 2 to 4 capsules with a glass of water, 30 to 60 minutes before eating. Don't take any medications within 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking it because the fiber may absorb the medication."
I take a probiotic 30 minutes before I eat, so how do I take the konjac and the probiotic?
