So I am on my 2nd week doing fast 5. I dont seem to have any problems with the fasing part during the day. When 5 o clock hits at times I realize & sometimes I dont. When I do finally get around to eating its like 6:30 or 7 PM. I feel guilty as I will go to bed soon after. As for working out it gets really hard for me since I get home late & am mentally drained. The question is will I lose weight if I am not working out in a regular fashion. I walk my dog & thats about it. 2nd does anyone feel they are more fatigued at the end of the day? Any and all of your opinions will be helpful. Thanks Rene
