I did it for ten days (tried to do it longer but got too hungry).  I DO think it detoxes you.  I had smelly slime leaking from my gums during the fast.  Others experience strange bathroom reactions, if you get my drift.  It does seem to detox you.  A true water-only fast will detox you also.  But that is harder to sustain for longer periods of time.

Has anyone here tried the Master Cleanse fast? You drink lemonade made with maple syrup. Two of my friends do it and they are trying to get me to do it.
