I noticed the same thing for energy but my adjustment period was 2 weeks. I have lost over 25 lbs since april 1 when I started fast 5.

If you don't mind me asking, how long were you on fast-5 for? I definitely noticed low energy in the first month, but it has been getting better gradually. I've attributed this to my body slowly learning it has to get energy from storage, but that could be wishful thinking. :)
