Re: [fast5] Link to an article about a study showing more fat loss exercising while fasting



It seems like a good take on exercise and fasting. The bit at the end is the required "balanced opinion" they always give on health articles. 


What I'm surprised they *don't* say these days is the (real) danger of getting a stitch in your side if you exercise after eating. When you have contents in your stomach, they bounce around, and they don't digest all that well because your blood supply is being used elsewhere. When I was a kid, the standard thing was: "do not exercise after eating!!!!".
