[fast5] intermittent scheduling

I am wondering do you know if it's the FASTING hours that matter more (my guess is a resounding YES here) or the "window"? I can fast 23 hours easily, or more...took time to work up to but I do 23 hrs almost every day. What is NOT working for me is the ONE hour of food. My stomach has shrunk and I can't eat all that food in one hour. I need the nutrients, though, as I train long and hard (fasted, just fyi!!).

Does anyone else do this? I like the longer fast.23 hours seems perfect for me and all the gains of fasting have been mine! I'm thrilled with this WOE...

I'm thinking of trying this: break my fast for as many hours as I need...depending on social demands and/or hunger. Start the fast back up when I'm ready (I almost love the fasting feeling better than the eating one...almost, so no trouble starting up a new fast every day)...then go 23 hrs and break it again.

My window would be like four to eight hours, depending....anyone else do this? Your experience (or even opinion with no experience) would be appreciated!
