Hello everyone
I do once a year a week long water fast, and just came up with your Fast-5 method. I am very intrigued by it to say the least.
I wonder if this is compatible with sports and weight training. My type of training is High Intensity Training, meaning very slow movements with low repetition, mixed with some Max Contraction. I basically only do weight training 30 minutes per week.
How has this program influenced your physical activities???
