I make something similar. I add "coconut cream" or "coconut butter" - ground up coconut (like peanut butter) It's sweet, and you don't have to add honey. It gives it some body.
When I first started taking coconut oil, i would just eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon. I would eat it every time I craved chocolate. I loved the tasted of the coconut oil. I don't eat it like that so much now...
