[fast5] 80% fat - sample day

4 eggs
50g coconut oil
15g butter
1 cup bone broth
14g coconut oil

4-5 oz meat heated in butter (and I'm not stingy, either)
cup broth
14g coconut oil
veggies smothered in melted butter

It's the coconut oil that really keeps my fat intake high
