Hi i started fasting 6 days ago and am down 12lbs.I know that this is water weight but feel really good about it.
I junked out a couple of days but am back to eating healthy now and trying to follow what my body needs.Actually all the loss was in the first few days whilst junking out !
I sort of just started without reading anything and went straigt into a one meal 1 hour window.I used to do carbo addicts back in the day so knew all the stuff about insulin spikes.
Whilst I find once a day really do'able there are obviously times when extending the window will be neccesary.I have read the e book and hope to do so again later.
In your own experiences what has worked the best weightloss wise ?
