I have been eating anything , and somewhat everything:) that is how it worked for me last time. just wondering if I can't do that this time!!
so are you saying that i should limit what i am eating in the window? that was the best part of this way of eating :):) but i can do it if that's what is needed! i would like to lose between 5 and 10 lbs!! Thanks for any advice!!
