You didn't say what you ate?
Eat as little Carbohydrate as possible, eat plenty of fatty meat and animal fat and avoid grains or starches. Fatty Meat will make it easy to maintain long 20 plus
fasting hours by eating your day's food in an hour meal.
No carbs more beneficial than any exercise and measure your waist instead of weighing on scales.
