Makes me wonder why in your search for more filling meals to extend longer fasting periods, you are not following "Queen Bee's" advice and avoiding veggies in your meal?
A Meat diet is certainly worth an experimental try. 16 hours of fasting isn't getting full benefit. Not much better than 3 meals a day Joe Blow does nearly every day with 13 or more hours from Supper to Breakfast.
