Glad Fast 5 is working for you.
I did Fast 7 last Jan and Feb and did well--then fatique set in. I
jumped back on the wagon yesterday, as life seems to be slowing down, just
a bit. By putting it down in writing here, I am hoping that will increase
my accountability (and stay-to-it-ness)
I am also going to get a physical shortly (every 5 yrs or so, whether I
need them or not) Check into the adrenal fatique question then....
Thanks for all the info here.
