[fast5] Re: Hunter Gatherers (Rick - incorporating organs and marrow...)

Probably mostly liver and onions. And I like dark rotisserie chicken meat- the thigh usually comes with a liver tucked up inside all that yummy fat and skin. ;) Chicken legs break pretty easily and have a little marrow. They even make little marrow spoons you can get to help get the marrow out.

I hear a lot of folks like beef rib marrow but I've read that mad cow can be transmitted from beef marrow (http://www.emedicinehealth.com/mad_cow_disease_and_variant_creutzfeldt-jakob_dis/article_em.htm) so I'll pass on that for now. Pork ribs may be another option.
