[fast5] Re: Back for a Second Try

Thanks Karen, but No Thanks.

As a lifetime dieter, I've tried almost every "way of eating" in existence. At the present time my conscious choice is: NOT to eat vegeterian, organic, green, low-carb, high-fat, wheat free, etc. etc. etc. I'm over 60 years old, in excellent health with no food allergies, take no medication, and I choose to eat a large variety of "normal" foods, many of them highly processed.

For the past 4 years I've kept my weight between 110 and 115 lbs, successfully maintaining an extremely large weight-loss (160 lbs) through calorie-restriction, and it is my intention to continue doing so. My primary problem is that....due to my sex, my age, my petite height, my current light weight after years of obesity, and my sedentary activity level...my daily energy burn is very, very low. This means that I must eat very small portions of any type of food and keep my calories very low. This is often difficult, but I find it worth the effort.
