Question: I am returning to calorie-counting (of food-intake, but not
the exercise-output part) as a method for this process, and I am
wondering if anyone knows of a good yahoogroup or the like
specifically focusing on food-calorie-counting?
Also: I found this site which I am really super-appreciating which I
imagine some of you may also found helpful. It allows for a daily-log
account of your food-intake, etc.
