I just watched "FatHead", the DVD, and the author was interesting in that he
ate out at fast food restaurants for 28 days and lost weight and body fat.
He did 'count calories' but he limited his carb intake to about 100g/day and
his saturated fat intake was 'up' (I'm trying to remember if it was
something like 50g/day??).
For him, it was important to decrease carb intake and increase sat fat
intake (your brain needs lots of fat!) for him to lose the fat/#... (7.5
lbs)
