Since there seem to be so many people here interested in low-carb/paleo diets, I thought this would be relevant to some of you. Particularly interesting to me is the way they eat. They seem to exist mostly on tubers and berries with around 15-20% of their calories coming from baboons, gazelle, small animals, and even the occasional elephant! I think the important thing is that they eat all parts of the animal, including the brain, marrow, organs, eyes, pads of the feet/hands, etc.
Not sure I would want to live like this but I may try to incorporate more organs and marrow into my diet after reading this article.
