Ginger juice is easy. Get a fresh ginger root, slice it thick against the grain, then grate it finely. Then, with clean hands, squeeze the grated ginger into a cup - ginger juice! It's very strong. I like to slice the root before grating it, because the fibers are tough and resist grating, slicing against the grain solves that.
You can also put ginger root into a juicer, if you have one.
You can add ginger to any juice you make as well, or add ginger juice to tea or soup or whatever. It's really strong, you probably don't want to drink a cup of pure ginger juice!
