It's really comforting to have so many people reply with their experiences and ideas, even though the outlook is not 100% positive. I am continuing to gather ideas and try them out; and I will continue with fast-5 as well. If my symptoms clear up mysteriously in several months because of fast-5, I will let you guys know :-).
