If I may get a bit graphic here, when you first started Fast-5, your bowels were probably pretty full from a life of eating all day. So the initial seven pounds likely included about 3-4 pounds of "waste" and maybe some water. Thanksgiving food is usually pretty salty and makes me gain several pounds of water weight that takes days to remove. So really, the fact that you're back down to 133.4 again says to me that you're probably not plateaued. But if you're sure that you've plateaued, Dr Herring's book has a whole section of ideas to try to break a plateau.
Just keep doing it. The reason most diets fail is simply because people quit. You've found a WOE that works and makes you happy, just keep doing it and you'll be slim and trim before you know it!

I felt a cold coming on (and posted here), so, with things to do and no time to be miserable, I broke fast and ate 'normally' for about three days (one day was a snow day here - and it's always a bit harder when I'm home with the kids).
