Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knows if doing IF like fast 5 will help fertility or decrease fertility, as I have read conflicting reports on this. My main problem is possible low thyroid and high FSH-I am looking for a dietary program that can help with both but not one that will make it worse. I have tried fast 5 a couple times and other IF programs but I tend to overeat and give up-I need some inspiration that it would be worth it to me.
