I just wanted to say congratulations on a great start and to encourage you to think of this as a lifestyle not a diet. Then hopefully you will be less likely to bounce back to the lifestyle that has kept you bound instead of free for so long. Isn't it lovely that, even though you now "eat to live" rather than "live to eat," when you do eat, the food is just so much more of a pleasure? And the lessening of your MS symptoms is a huge bonus! :)
