I don't see why not. It will probably keep you from gaining extra weight. I read somewhere that you shouldn't gain more than 25 lbs. I gained 36 the first time and had about 12 extra lbs to loose so I would say that is just about right.
And if you think about it, the body stores the nutrients it need and keeps the baby fed and your not eating 24 hours a day are you?

ok. i was doing fast 5 up until i became pregnant 4 1/2 months ago. at that point i stopped due to horrendous nausea and vomiting that had me eating every 1.5 hrs................... anyways now that i am feeling much better, i really want to go back to my fast-5 lifestyle especially because i am feeling horrible eating a whole day and i really miss fast-5ing. so i was thinking of doing it this way (now during pregnancy):
fasting from 6:00 pm till 12:00 pm = 18 hr fast- 6 hr eating window
getting all my vitamins, protein and calories in these 6 hrs
do you think its safe??
please!! i will appreciate every bodies input and opinion!!!!
