Yes, Barnaby.  I'll throw in with you about the govt. fear-mongering BS.  Watching little kids flying with their families on their way to Disneyland get patted down is the most ridiculous thing I've seen in a while.  The 3 ounce shampoo containers, the confiscation of 4 ounce shampoo containers, all of it....nuts.

 

I also think the govt. is guilty of a grave disservice by letting the misinformation about a healthy diet continue.  I'm a big fan of the Weston Price foundation and have been eating plenty of good fats, coconut products, meats and have never had more energy.
