Hey everyone I am new to this lifestyle and I have lost 6 pounds already. I lost it really quickly though because I am eating one meal a day. One nice big meal though like rice meat and veggies and one dessert along with a healthy beverage.I'm also taking a daily vitamin (centrum) Just wondering if there's a problem with me not eating enough? Or is that enough? What are the draw backs with not eating enough? Or to much, heath wise. I love the way I feel and look though. Thank you.
