Re: [fast5] Healthy food

What helps me eat more fresh/ less packaged food is to set aside 4 hours
on the weekend to cook and prep for the coming week. I'll bake 2
chickens or a meatloaf, cook a bunch of veggies and chop some others.
Then I package the food in single serving containers and just grab and
bring to work during the week. It is so awesome.
